Kraft Cheese Cookbook-1942

Here's a new addition to my old cookbook collection.  I thought you might enjoy it.  This little book is full of great salad, entree and sandwich ideas using the delicious Kraft brand cheeses.  I love the colorful pictures in this old cookbook! There is a 2-page spread of product pictures, so for anyone who loves vintage advertisement design, that's a bonus!

It's a very thin book.  It has 63 pages including a guide to cheese variety.  The book's copyright date is 1942, Chicago, Illinois, USA. Kraft Cheese Company.  The printer was Neely Printing Company of Chicago.  Love this one!
