1 qt. kraut (washed and drained)
1 green pepper
1 onion, cut fine
1 C diced celery
1/4 C salad oil
1/4 C vinegar
1 C sugar
Mix sugar with vinegar and oil and toss over other ingredients. Pimento can be added for color.
